LUBRIKUP® cone packing and FLUID-SEAL™ Cone Packing (FSCP) are constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6732 is our performance grade stuffing box cone packing made from a proprietary rubber with graphite and PTFE flakes to increase lubrication, plus brass flakes to eliminate salt, wax and corrosive material build up on the polished rod. Suitable for use in heavy sweet crude with low oil-to-water ratios, High speed, long strokes, and high water cut pumping units, this material will also reduce polish rod noise in noise-sensitive areas. Available in all polished rod sizes from 1” to 1.750”. For optimal sealing use our performance grade style 6732/435 FLUID-SEAL™ Cone Packing with brass and PTFE flakes, and for improved performance with abrasives, higher temperatures, steam, CO2 or H2S, use premium grade Style 6577 DURATUFF® with PTFE and brass flakes.
